Why?
Well, most of us really struggle with this one. We don’t necessarily struggle all of the time, but most of the time we really could be better listeners.
I am in this boat with you, my friends. Active listening asks a lot of us.
Though the reward is worth it.
Research shows that those who are identified as leaders, are often the best listeners.
